We have successfully resolved a bug in our automation workflows that was causing some contacts to get stuck.
Previously, after the First "Send Email" node was triggered, contacts were failing to progress to the next step in the workflow, causing the automation to stall unexpectedly.
All New Contacts will now automatically advance to the next node in your workflow immediately after the first email is sent, exactly as intended.
