Introducing WooCommerce Sync: Bring Your Customers to Swipe One

We're excited to announce the integration of WooCommerce sync, allowing you to seamlessly import your existing customer data into Swipe One.

How it Works:
Connect Your Store: To access the sync option, you'll need to connect your WooCommerce store.
Find the Sync Option: The sync option is located within the WooCommerce app page.
Manual Sync: Syncing is not automatic. You can choose to sync your data by clicking the sync button.
Selective Sync: We understand that some users may not want to import previous data into their CRM. We leave the choice to our customers, you can sync or choose not to!

What Information is Synced?
When you sync your WooCommerce store, the following customer details will be imported into Swipe One:

Email
Name
Phone
First Purchase Date
Last Purchase Date
Last Purchased Products
Average Order Value
Total Spent
Orders Count
Important Note:

We only collect contact information from completed, processing, or on-hold orders. This means that any new successful orders placed after connecting your WooCommerce store will automatically create new contacts in Swipe One.

By integrating WooCommerce sync, you can gain a comprehensive view of your customers' purchasing history and behavior, empowering you to provide better personalized experiences and drive sales.
