Ability to make calls and send automated texts using CRM, and track if the team is making enough calls.
Consider these scenarios:
a) Is the sales rep making the required number of calls every day?
b) Ability to see in the contact's history log if someone from the team contacted them, or if no one has connected with them for a long time.
Sales Nexus provides some examples, but many other CRMs do this too.

Good point. We're in real estate and need phone features like inbound/outbound dialing, power dialer, SMS, etc., and hoping they can integrate with something like Kixie.
