We have WhatsApp/Telegram groups with several clients for sharing information and files. Sometimes, clients don't hear back for weeks. It would be useful to have an alert for when we have not heard from a particular client for too long, prompting us to contact them. This might be possible only on Telegram. The same applies if the last email from a client was many weeks ago.
