Tasks not visible

I created test tasks in the system and can't find a central place to see them. Also, not all tasks can be completed on the due date, and many times tasks have to be deferred. Please add an option to defer tasks so that they are greyed out until the defer date. The idea is that if I can't get to a task for 2 weeks (like when a client is not available for a meeting for 2 weeks), it should not clutter my task list and should be visually greyed out to make things more manageable. Thanks.

Better task management and a centralized hub would be very important, as Dave Swift also pointed out in his video.
