You and your team (Account Owners and Workspace Admins) will automatically receive an email notification whenever your sending domain's status changes to "Paused" or "Under Review". This status and the reason will also be clearly visible on the dashboard.
Campaigns can be automatically paused or rate-limited to protect your sender reputation, for reasons like high bounce/complaint rates , content based spam classification , or blocks from email providers. These new alerts remove the guesswork and tell you exactly why action was taken.
