Some customers have subscription plans (monthly or yearly) for services like domains, website maintenance, etc.
It would be useful to insert periodic (monthly, quarterly, yearly) deadlines to send notifications to the customer. For example:
Annual Domain Renewal Notification: Notify customers that their service is expiring and possibly notify internal staff with a link to renew.
Notify internal staff if it's been X days/weeks since we last heard from a particular customer, prompting contact to verify everything is OK. Telegram integration would be useful because some customers contact us via email or Telegram, so those contacts should also be considered.
Send periodic notifications to the client with a monthly report.
