Log a Text Comment Inside the Customer Activity Panel in CRM

Need the ability to use rich text, post attachments, tag people, etc. A 'Read More' link button if it's longer, or the ability to attach a full note if it becomes very long. Can tag other client profiles or pipeline deals. It's a small comment, not a full note card. Example: 'Hey, I called this place and left a voicemail,' and it's time-stamped too. Ability to make it stand out from other activities, e.g., yellow highlight or a tinted colored box.
