For enhanced traceability, you can now view a dedicated activity stream for each individual workflow. This provides a granular, contact-by-contact log of every execution, offering full transparency on how your workflows are performing.
You can access this feature by navigating to Workflow Analytics -> Overall Flow Data -> Activity Stream.
The new stream allows you to see:
Trigger Events: View the exact moment a contact entered the workflow and via which trigger, such as "Tag Added," "Custom Event," or "Based on a Date Property".
Step-by-Step Actions: Follow every action a contact encounters, including "Wait" periods, "Send Email", "Email Opened", "Clicked a Link", results from "Filter Contacts" nodes, and "Properties Updated".
Journey Completion: Confirm the precise timestamp a contact "Ended Workflow".
To trace a specific contact's path, simply click on that contact within the "Activity Stream." This will open their detailed "Contact Journey View," which shows a simplified, chronological timeline of their individual journey from start to finish.
