Improved email analytics in Campaigns & Workflows

  • You can now filter records based on email engagement statuses. For example, this allows you to just filter the contacts who have opened the email in a particular campaign
  • Quickly find the data you need. You can now search for contacts by their email address directly from the Analytics > Records tab.
  • We've also added a "Unique" count to show how many individual contacts are in your results, in addition to the total number of records.
  • Save time when investigating contact activity. You can now click on a contact's email from the Analytics > Records list to jump directly to their detailed contact profile.
