To help SwipeOne become a viable alternative to Klaviyo as a CRM/Email marketing platform for Shopify we need an integration with a customer support platform. This way support agents can have access to all the info about the customer from SwipeOne and update info as needed. Then the data will always be kept up-to-date between the 2 platforms. Gorgias is a top performer in this space and would be the first one to integrate with.
